Our Replacement Warranty    

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of DC WATCHES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD.  This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from our online stores or directly in person from Us.

What does this limited warranty cover?    

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the  Warranty Period.    During the Warranty Period, DC WATCHES AUSTRALIA will replace, at no charge, products or  parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal  use and maintenance.    

How will we fix the problem ?

 DC WATCHES AUSTRALIA  will REPLACE a watch if there's a problem on the movement only at no extra charge.

 DC WATCHES AUSTRALIA  will REPLACE a headphone or speaker if there's a failure to work properly due to improper material or workmanship, under normal  use and maintenance.

 How long does the coverage last?    

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from DC WATCHES AUSTRALIA is 1 Year from the date of purchase.  A replacement Physical Good will use the remaining warranty left from the original warranty.

 What does this limited warranty not cover?    

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:    

Malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship and any improper use of any product purchased from us.
